Saintes / Herstal, March 26, 2018 – IPEX, variable data specialist, has signed an agreement with Xperthis, a leader in the software market for logistics and financial management of hospitals. The two companies will support hospitals in optimizing and digitizing their production of administrative and financial documents. Hospital print workflows can in fact be fully outsourced, allowing them to work more efficiently.
According to Nathan Vanharen, Sales and Marketing Director of IPEX, “This collaboration is bringing a new wind to the hospital sector. Hospitals will be able to entrust all their document workflows, whether paper or digital, to a renowned IT player. This outsourcing is essential to optimizing print flows. ”
Frank Barendregt, Key Account Manager at Xperthis, is equally positive. “Thanks to this partnership with IPEX, Xperthis can improve its Oazis solution which facilitates the management of hospital administration. With the service provided by IPEX, Oazis provides a solution as soon as the visitor registers at the kiosks at the entrance of the hospital, until receipt of the invoice at home. All this, whatever the process, in digital or paper format. ”
Increased presence in Flanders and Wallonia
Historically, IPEX has a strong presence in Wallonia. This partnership with Xperthis opens the doors to Flanders. Via Xperthis and in particular its Oazis solution, IPEX obtains access to more than 60 hospitals throughout Flanders.
