Are you our new colleague?
– Providing first level support and transferring unresolved requests, in the form of a ticket, to other employees in the IT department.
– Keep users informed about the status of their requests.
– Manage the incident resolution process and track incidents from initial assessment to final resolution.
– Provide relevant and useful information to IT management (dashboards, statistics, malfunctions).
– Ensure user satisfaction by providing a customer-oriented service.
– Continuous improvement is his/her motto. As such, he/she is a source of proposals.
