Job offer – Customer Solution
The Customer Solution function is crucial for a company as it serves as the gateway for resolving customer inquiries.
The person in this role is expected to establish a professional and trustworthy relationship with our customers and internal services.
Your responsabilities:
- You play a key role in the company, acting as the interface between customers, Project Managers, IT, and production in both French and Dutch.
- You are responsible for the internal follow-up of sales team quotes from start to finish. You also prepare service quotes for ad hoc customer requests.
- You ensure that orders are produced on time, adhering to internal procedures and schedules.
- You oversee the resolution timelines for requests and the planning of all complaints.
- You delegate requests to your counterparts in Production and IT and are responsible for monitoring the response times for these tickets.
- Key account Customer Sales for the launch of the new ERP Navision. Closing files for invoicing.
- You rotate tasks with other team members (answering calls, welcoming visitors, checking suppliers, handling mail, organizing training sessions, etc.).
Your profile :
- IT/Office Skills: Proficiency in Windows, including Excel. Experience with NAVISION is a plus, or another ERP system.
- Languages: Dutch/French
- Experience: 4 to 5 years in a similar role
- Skills: Multitasking, confidentiality, customer empathy, synthesis skills, flexibility, structured working, and determination
